been really really busy lately projects..projects..work...work..and school work
juggling between studying and working is very tough for me
i shall announce that i am GREATLY deprived of sleep
yes sleep means sleeping for more than 4 hours
because all this while i sleep an averrage of 4/5 hours a day

my POM exam is this friday
exam is here Nel
gotta push push push push push till it goes beyond the limit
i aim to get all A's for my exam
be it possible or not im gonna make it happen
im holding on babeh =)

mugging is tiring
and i get hungry when i study
especially if i study at cafes or places with food
thats why i need to go somewhere with no food
so that i wont eat and grow "muscular"
HAHAHAHAHA

gonna get my pay reaLLLLLLLL soon..
hope nothing screws up this time
after exam dear let me coma for like,2 days can?
i wanna sleep for 48 hours
my body system is dying already

especially projects, sharepoint
i dont want to mention names
people should know im a very straight forward person

as long as u did nothing to me
im cool man

makes lots of friends along the way
meet new people with odd personality blablabla
i love meeting new people
i know i can be childish at times

anyway work have been hectic
there's this new pinoy girl
that cant even speak proper english
i cant even communicate in english
i assume the management wants me to speak STONE AGE language with her
the floor crew are short of people
i dont know what the hell the manegement is doing
maybe the girls are out shopping
and the guys are busy wanking themselves or picking up girls and going to hotel for a quickie

come on man
let me suggest some solutions

1)scrape off the rubbish singers.if there are to stay,PLEASE ask them to sing new songs every weeks please.or at least 1 song can only be sung twice or thrice.NOT same song every week.for goodness sake,they are singers,not CABRET dancers.learn to sing a VARIETY of songs.whatever,i still prefer to scrape them.but the patio singer shall stay

2)i feel that as a manager of a particular club,you must know the inside out of the club.well,according to POM,which is principles of management,a manager is in charge of operating the whole club and motivating his subordinates.but from what i see,all M does is walk around,entertain customers.ok fine manager hava alot of admin right?FINE.everytime i walk into the office and M is there,all i can see on the caomputer screen is his facebook account.WOW,i guess thats admin huh?he is either playing FB or eating and drinking coffee in the office.other that that,i feel that he is useless as a manager.i cant blame him too.it all started with A.he is,after all,the overall in charge of the club.being irresponsible and passing it down to M.then M follow in his foot steps and pass it down to J.poor J have to do all the work.come on la J is so old already.i sometimes pity J.have to do all the work.J u become superviser la!this R superviser in training also no use.

3)makerting manager and marketing executive of the club PLEASE generate GOOD ideas and attract customers.come on la,all i can see them is when there's event.then,all the left over food they will take 1st and tapao before going inside the office to eat.WALAO.i feel that marketing section is very important.that is where the club can get the exposeure.aiyah i teach them la,contacts people,CONTACTS!

4)please dont make the place for a certain organisation group where only members can enjoy the privelages.and dont make it into a one-race dominated area can.attract all kind of race can.scrape all this idea we re not a commercial club.come on la,if we dont make profits,you think salaries can be generated?whether we are commercial club or not,we still need PROFIT.thats what business is for.MAXIMIZE PROFIT.the place have very good location.there's bus,mrt,taxi stand.attract youngsters like us can.we are young and willing to spend on alcohol.i am young.i can introduce to my friends.come on la,which apek wants to do party dancing or drinking can.oh yeah,please sack the DJ la.his music is the worst i ever heard, i SWEAR.and he always plays the same old music.the old must always make way for the young.

5)last but not least,have a proper planning and organizing can.you know whats organizing?is who report to who.who do what blablabla.because im telling you,the management system SUCK.improve alil bit can?AT LEAST WORK FOR YOUR SALARY.SHOW ME THAT YOU GUYS ARE WORTH OF YOUR SALARY....

get the knowledge and skills
then go off to another club
with better pay and better environment

babeh i know we'll both be really busy with stuff
but just hang on to me lets study hard
i'll try to get a schlarship if i can
