• buy skipping rope and skip everyday
• lessen the carbo and up the protein
• weights training alternate days
• be a good girl/boy so that mummy will let me go bangkok
• drink lots of water
• eat vegetables everyday
• more soupsoup and nono fried food(NOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! =(
• study everyday???(notice the question marks)
• i should sleep lesser
• no more missing of lectures or tutorials...my attendance is bad enough
• be more discipline in everything i do
